Eligibility
Open to all residents of Qatar, with no age limit.
Contest Rules & Guidelines
Category and Format:
- (A) Digital : all ages
- (B) Traditional (analog) : all ages
- (C) Children : 13 years old and under
Size:
- For analog submissions - A4 size (210 cm x 297 cm)
- For digital submissions - 3000 × 4243 pixels, 350 DPI
File Format:
- Submit your artwork as a JPEG or PNG file, up to 10MB.
- For analog drawings, please ensure you submit a clear scan or high-quality photo of your artwork.
Originality:
- Redesigns of existing pop-culture, anime, or manga characters are not permitted. Furthermore, AI-generated artwork is strictly prohibited.
Submission limit:
- Maximum two (2) artworks per person.
Winner Verification:
- If your artwork is selected as a winner, you will be required to submit photos or a video documenting your drawing process to verify authenticity.

Submit your artwork to contact@dh.mofa.go.jp. If the art is more than 2MB (Maximum 10MB), please use WeTransfer (https://wetransfer.com/).
