公文書上の印章証明 / Certification of Seal on Official Document
【1. 注意 / ATTENTION!】
外務省本省と在外公館は同一機関です。従って在カタール日本大使館では、すでに外務省本省や他の在外公館で認証された書類に対して二重に認証することは出来ません。外務省ホームページより詳細をご確認ください。
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA Japan) and its overseas Embassies and Consulate-Generals are the same organisation. Therefore, the Embassy of Japan in Qatar cannot certify documents that have already been authenticated by the MOFA Japan or its overseas missions. Please check the MOFA Japan website for details.
【2. 印章証明とは / What is Certification of Seal on Official Document?】
日本の官公署またはそれに準ずる独立行政法人、特殊法人、または学校教育法第1条に規定された学校が発行した文書の発行者の印章（職印または機関印）の印影が真正であることを証明するものです。外国の公文書に対する印章の証明は行いません。証明可能な書類の詳細を外務省リンクよりご確認ください。
This service is available for official documents issued by Japanese organisasions such as Government / Public Agencies, Incorporated Administrative Agencies, Special Corporations and schools stipulated in Article 1 of the School Education Act. We do not certify seals on foreign official documents. Please check the details of the Certifiable Documents on the MOFA Japan link.
【3. 形式 / Format】
外国機関宛に英文で発行。Certificate will be issued in English.
【4. 使用目的 / Reason for the Acquisition 】
カタール当局に対して諸手続を行う際に、これらの文書を提出する場合。
When requested by the Qatari authorities.
【5. 発給条件 / Conditions for Issuance】
1）本邦の官公署の発行する公文書、または独立行政法人、特殊法人、学校教育法第1条に定められた学校（大学や高校等）の発行する文書であること。
Certifiable official documents are original and issued by one of the following organisations:
・Japanese Government / Public Agencies
・Incorporated Administrative Agencies
・Special Corporations
・Schools stipulated in Article 1 of the School Education Act. (i.e. University, High School etc.)
2）現に有効な文書であること。
The documents are original and valid.
3）大使館において印章等が確認できること。
The seals used in the documents can be verified at the embassy.

・有効な日本国旅券（パスポート）

・印章の証明を受ける原文書（コピーは不可）
